Carolyn is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She also holds a degree in Applied Sciences of Health Information Management with a special interest in Biology and Physiology. With her extensive knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, she brings to us over 18 yrs. experience in therapeutic massage, including Neuromuscular Therapy. Carolyn is an active member in the American Massage and bodywork association and holds many certifications in her field.

Carolyn can provide strong deep tissue work for many pained areas, along with deep Swedish pressure. Her other modalities include Myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Hot stone, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage for pure relaxation. Carolyn has been involved In providing therapy to players on the Rochester Amerks team, the Rochester Rhinos, local Ironman Triathlon athletes, and Pole vaulting world champion and multi Olympic medalist winner, Jen Suhr.
